and Return Policies
GENERAL
SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or USPS Mail rates (where applicable),
which are based on weight of the package and distance shipped. To preview the
shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart.
When you're done, click on "update". This will display the exact shipping charge
that you require.
Delivery
and Lead Time:
Since UPS and USPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping),
the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. And please
allow us at least 48 hours to process your order and to pack and ship, most
packages will go out within 4 hours of purchase but in cases of overwhelming
orders or holidays we may need up to 48 hours to get packages ready to ship.
Payments
for backordered items are made up front as part of the original order. This
helps to keep shipping costs down, as it would be more expensive to charge for
two separate shipments but in most cases the items that you have ordered that
are not in a backordered status will be shipped out immediately unless contacted
to wait. If you choose to remove the backordered item from your order, a refund
will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.

Orders & Shipping:

Check out that will receive the orders and process. They may require additional

Backorders:
Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted via phone or
email if you order a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to
wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the
backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it
back in stock. Due to availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an
estimate as to when this will occur.
GENERAL
RETURN POLICY:
The Sales Manager must authorize all returns or exchanges to issue a return

If it is a clothing size issue we ask that the customer pay for the shipping
back to our store or warehouse and then we can send out a new one. If the item
is damaged or defective customers will still have to ship the item back to us
for a full refund of the current order and then the shipping back to our warehouse.
If it's and exchange of a damaged or defective item Bodyjewelryandmore.com will
refund the shipping back and automatically ship out another item.
All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within ten days
of receipt of merchandise.
All
returned merchandise must be received by Body Jewelry and More in saleable condition,
unless the merchandise is found to be defective.
